These Terms of Service govern your use of the software products of SMEPro Technologies LLC ("SMEPro", "we"), including MCP Builder, Reporting, and Data Room, and all related sites, consoles, and APIs (the "Services").
All purchases of SMEPro products are transacted exclusively on iosmcp.com. SMEPro Technologies LLC is the merchant of record for every transaction. Charges appear on your statement with a product-specific descriptor (for example, SMEPRO* REPORTING). Product websites other than iosmcp.com do not collect or process payment information. Payment card data is tokenized in-browser by our payment processor and never stored on SMEPro servers.
Paid plans renew automatically at the then-current price for your plan until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account console; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are billed in advance and include the equivalent of two months free relative to monthly billing.
Where a free trial is offered, your payment method may be authorized but is not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
You may not use the Services to violate law or third-party rights, probe or disrupt the Services, or resell them except under a written agreement with SMEPro. Regulatory filings prepared with the Services remain your responsibility; you are the filer of record with each agency unless a written agreement states otherwise.
You retain ownership of data you submit. We process it to provide the Services as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Services are provided "as is". The Services assist with, but do not replace, your own regulatory and professional judgment; SMEPro is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMEPro's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms with notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. We may suspend accounts for material breach, subject to notice where practicable.
